Product Returns and Refunds
At LMI Solutions, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a tangible product, we offer a 30-day refund policy. To qualify for a refund, you must return the product to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that we will issue a refund minus any shipping fees associated with the return. To initiate a return, contact us at refund@lmi-solutions.com with your proof of purchase, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.
The product must be returned in the same condition you received it, and the return must be postmarked within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Services and Consultations Refund Policy
We value the expertise and time that goes into providing our services and consultations. As such, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided. However, if you have pre-paid for services, you may be entitled to a partial refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, less the amount proportionate to the services already rendered. Refund Process
Should your refund be approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
